At once sweeter and firmer than the village Chablis, with higher-pitched if slightly exotic fruit complicated by spices and nicely integrated minerality. A juicy, fruit-driven wine that finishes with a whiff of honey and a suggestion of wood spice. About 18% of this wine was aged in demi-muid 88 points |
