| 2007-09-11 00:43 | IWC: By Stephen Tanzer Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, Nov/Dec 06 ($69; nearly entirely affected by noble rot, according to Kreydenweiss) Full orange-gold. Slightly dulled aromas of pineapple, clove and nuts. Rich but a bit mute, with flavors of orange and honey; strong botrytis character. Quite dry at 2 g/l r.s. This has a glyceral character but I wanted a bit more focus to the flavors. 88(+?) points |
